Steve has during this time remained within the industry however the past five years in a marketing role based in Auckland . Steve's roles have included Marketing Services Manager, Product Manager, Tender Manager, and Regional Sales Manager.
Steve has seen the Mita Kyocera brand increase in market share with KM Document Solutions established as a profitable company in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty.

Terry has held the position of Service Manager at CopierWorld for over 15 years. Terry is responsible for all Service personnel, ensuring they are qualified and skilled in their respective field.
CopierWorld Service Engineers are targeted to receive 15 days of formal training per year, in excess of on-the-job training; this ensures our Service Engineers solve at least 95% of customer problems on the spot without the need for a second visit.
